Yes. Local delivery and kitchen pickup are available. Options and timing are shown during checkout based on your address and order.
Delivery methods and costs are calculated during checkout. Orders $55+ qualify for free local delivery in demo mode.
Taxes are calculated during checkout based on destination and the configured tax settings for the order.
Yes. Use Order Tracking with your secure order reference and the email address used at checkout.
Ingredients, allergens and dietary notes appear on each menu item page. Because meals are prepared fresh, always review allergen details before ordering if you have dietary restrictions.
Prepared food is generally non-returnable once accepted. Review the Returns page for the current request period and any exceptions for incorrect or incomplete orders.
When payment credentials are connected, card payments are processed through Stripe. Urban Harvest Kitchen does not collect card numbers through ordinary text fields.
